Isaac Asante Opoku is the Managing Director of Glasel Company Limited. He is a people centered leader who, by virtue of his avid belief and advocacy for a holistic development of individuals and a nation, invests heavily in human capital enhancement.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration-Accounting and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Project Management.
Isaac has a rich work experience spanning many years within the construction industry, dating back to 2002. He worked with Glamet Company as a Project Manager in charge of projects initiation and execution, where he executed projects for reputable companies including: MTN Ghana, Standard Chartered Bank, EY, Hublight and TIGO (now Airtel-Tigo),
Prior to this, he was a Project Supervisor at Yehans International in Liberia, where had oversight responsibility of construction works of the Church of Latter-day Saints. He also managed some Volta River Authority (VRA) projects in Ghana.
With his wealth of experience gathered from previous professional engagements, he boldly decided to launch his entrepreneurial career within the construction industry, which he successfully did in the year 2008.
Isaac believes that the construction industry has prospects for further improving the infrastructure gap of the country and promoting youth inclusion, which translate as a good booster for employment and improved human capital. He believes that though the future is bright, there are many untapped opportunities that industry players ought to exploit.
