This being the first stage of our work process, we normally get into contact with our clients through tenders which are published in the daily newspapers or recommendations from past clients. We aim at putting our prospective clients in the driving seat and focus on their needs, wishes, and aspirations. We are internally driven to our clients market needs while building a long and fruitful relationship with them.
After the pre-contract stage, we tender for the proposed project and when we are successful we engage in price negotiations with our prospective clients. We are then given site access after which we begin with project execution. We use the most advantageous combination of cost, quality and sustainability to meet customer requirements. We monitor project milestones and do our possible best to engage with our stakeholders throughout the project execution. Our company offers its customers only high-precision products and services.
After successfully executing the project, we first evaluate our works and measure it with our key performance indicators such as construction cost, construction time, cost predictability, time predictability, defects, client satisfaction with the product and client satisfaction with the service; and three company performance indicators, namely: safety, profitability and productivity. We together with our clients do an inspection on the site to ascertain whether the service was delivered with high quality and if it meets the expectation of the clients. If it does, we hand over the site back to the client.
We also have a Deferred Liability Period (D.L.P) which after the handing over of the project usually between 6 months and 2 years, whereby we would be held liable to all defects that arises from workmanship during the execution. Some monies are retained during this period by the clients to serve as a guarantee to ensure all repairs and defects are professionally salvaged. These monies are released upon the lapse of the Defect Liability Period (D.L.P).
