Following the pre-contract stage, we participate in the tender process for the proposed project. Upon a successful bid, we enter into price negotiations with our potential clients. Once site access is granted, we commence project execution. Our approach revolves around achieving a favorable balance of cost, quality, and sustainability to fulfill customer requirements. Throughout the project, we closely monitor key milestones and strive to maintain proactive communication with stakeholders. Upon successfully completing a project, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our work, utilizing key performance indicators such as construction cost, construction time, cost predictability, time predictability, defects, client satisfaction with the product, and client satisfaction with the service. Additionally, we assess three company performance indicators: safety, profitability, and productivity. Collaboratively with our clients, we conduct a thorough inspection of the site to ensure that the service delivered meets their expectations and is of high quality. If all criteria are met, we proceed to hand over the site to the client. Furthermore, we implement a Deferred Liability Period (D.L.P) that typically spans from 6 months to 2 years after project handover. During this period, we accept responsibility for any defects arising from workmanship during the execution phase. To guarantee professional repair and rectification of any issues, a portion of the payment is retained by the client. These funds are released upon the conclusion of the Defect Liability Period (D.L.P).
